An OCCIF Renovation loan can help expand your church’s exisiting stucture to make room for additional growth or to make critical changes.
Straight Purchase
This loan is for the creation of new places of worship using new, underdeveloped parcels of land or property with existing improvements.
New Construction
We can help you with building projects involving the construction of a parish temple, social hall, rectory, school or senior housing project.

The OCCIF Two Step Application
Submit a FREE Prequalification Application to OCCIF’s Loan Committee. The Loan Committee will contact you with any questions or requests for additional information. After reviewing your Prequalification Application, the Loan Committee will contact you with its results. If you are not currently eligible for a loan, we will work with your institution towards a future qualified loan approval.
